Remote Computer Support

To grant ESC! Technologies Group access to your computer, you’ll need to download and run an application called Splashtop SOS.

There is no installation required to use this software. All you’ll need to do is locate the download and run it.

For Macs, there are a few quick security steps we will need to run through the very first time you run it to allow remote access.

1) Use one of the buttons below to download Splashtop SOS.

2) Launch the downloaded program.
It may be located in your ”Downloads“ folder.

3) Give the 9-digit number to your your support technician at ESC! Technologies Group.

When you no longer need support, be sure to quit the program.

This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you run the program and explicitly grant permission again.
