Our Business Basic WordPress Care Plan is appropriate for many standard small business sites and blogs:

*If we have appropriate licenses for the themes and/or plugins used by your website, the cost for recurring license fees are included in our WordPress Business Pro Care Plan and licensing will be maintained for you as long as you are an active subscriber to our WordPress Business Pro Care Plan. If your website uses premium themes and/or plugins and we do not have appropriate licensing or you are not an active subscriber to our WordPress Business Pro Care Plan, the responsibility is yours for maintaining the appropriate licensing to ensure the availability of updates.

Am I Locked to a Contract?

Nope! There is no contract. Our WordPress Care Plans and Hosting Plans renew monthly.

If you’d like to cancel your Care Plan, you may do so with a 30-day notice. WE DO NOT OFFER FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS ON OUR WORDPRESS CARE PLANS.

May I use your hosting without a Care Plan?

Our hosting is designed to work hand-in-hand with our WordPress Care Plans and cannot be purchased separately.

What's in a Monthly Activity Report? Do I need that?

Business Pro Plans include a Monthly Activity Report if requested. The report generally covers things like Updates, Security, Backups, Performance, SEO, Analytics, and Uptime.

We’ve found some clients want these reports and other prefer not to get them. That’s why it’s only provided upon request.

What is your availability for website-related support?

We monitor your website for updates and perform the duties of maintaining your website via our WordPress Care Plan as required — even if it’s off hours.

However, for the Website-related Support Time included with your Care Plan, we are not a 24/7 on-demand service. We are generally available via email and/or phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central time. Our response time for general support questions or updates may be up to 1-2 business days, though we will make every effort to respond to your query and add your request to our support queue within a single business day. Our response times may vary depending on our current work load.

We do not offer regular hours for general support issues or updates on weekends or holidays. Clients with a current Business Pro WordPress Care Plan receive priority response times during regular business hours.

Office phone and email are the primary means of communication accepted for our work together. We do not generally communicate via mobile phone, text message, social media, or instant/private messaging (like Facebook Messenger) since we cannot track these requests as a team.

Can I Accumulate Support Time for a Larger Project?

Unused support time that comes with your WordPress Care Plan does not roll over from month to month. We’ll let you know if you’re close to your monthly allocation and help you manage your projects to best fit time and budget.

Can I get a discount on your Care Plan?

We offer a steeply discounted NFP Pro Care Plan for verifiable Not for Profits (e.g. 501(c)(3)s) as well as discounts to our clients who prefer to pay for their Care Plan several months at a time. Please Contact Us if you’d like to learn more about these programs!

I have a WordPress site but it wasn't created by you. Can I sign up for your Care Plan?

In general, yes. However, we typically charge a nominal onboarding fee while we familiarize ourselves with your site and gather the necessary account information required to maintain your site. The onboarding fee includes your first month of Basic or Pro Care Plan.
